From the humblest kitchens to the apices of Michelin-starred restaurants\, culinary traditions are inherited from generations past (ama/mom/grandma’s recipes). AASCSC proudly presents “Amakase” style tastes from some of our favorite restaurants in Southern California. \nEnjoy food\, drinks\, entertainment\, live music\, dancing\, silent auction and more!
