HEART OF OC

Heart OC is a prevention and early intervention mental health program serving the underserved and vulnerable populations of at-risk children, adults, and seniors in Orange County. AASCSC engages the community through culturally and linguistically inclusive approaches to break down the stigma of mental health and increase awareness of mental well-being. These services are free and include individual peer sessions, mental health support, light touch case management, referrals, links to resources, support groups, and educational workshops for residents of Orange County. Heart OC services are open to community members of all ages.
